Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth workflow. Manage and lead restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, and hygiene throughout the restaurant. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and control costs effectively. Develop and implement service procedures and operational standards. Ensure effective communication between the restaurant, kitchen, and management team. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Assist in menu planning and the implementation of specials and promotions. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
