About the Role
We are a fast-paced organisation with a collaborative and dynamic environment, seeking an Affiliate Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our affiliate marketing programme, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive recruitment, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Affiliate Marketing strategy
- Affiliate recruitment and on-boarding
- Performance tracking and optimisation
- Affiliate communication and relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field
- Valid drivers license
- 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry (Affiliate experience preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years sales/lead generation experience
- 1-2 years leading a team
- 2-3 years of negotiating skills within a sales environment
