Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain robust management systems aligned with automotive industry standards
• Lead internal and external system, product, and process audits with comprehensive follow-up
• Manage document control systems (SharePoint-based DMS) and provide related training
• Coordinate external certification audits and ensure compliance across both plants
• Represent the plants globally on systems and audit initiatives
• Support TAX compliance and enforce standardised processes company-wide
• Drive continuous improvement through effective system application

Essential Requirements:

• Certifications: VDA 6.3 Process Audit qualification; IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in automotive manufacturing; 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Process Management
• Technical Knowledge: Automotive Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Expertise in Customer Specific Requirements and Control Plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• South African citizenship with a clear criminal record
