About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dietician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide nutritional assessment, counseling, and diet planning for both in-patient and out-patient clients across a range of clinical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for in-patients and out-patients
Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patients progress
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and lifestyle changes
Provide support for chronic disease management, recovery nutrition, weight control, and more
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with hospital/clinic policies

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field
Registered Dietician with HPCSA
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience
Experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings is an advantage
Strong communication, teamwork, and counseling skills
