About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client, a medical and pharmaceutical device company, is seeking a skilled and passionate Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join their team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional patient care and utilizing your technical expertise in clinical procedures to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Assist in various medical procedures, ensuring the effective use of clinical technology and equipment.
Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and treatment strategies.
Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
Comply with infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

Valid South African Nursing Council registration as a Registered Nurse.
Clinical Technologist qualification is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in clinical procedures and the use of medical technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for optimizing patient care.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
