About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor is a crucial member of our construction team, responsible for ensuring that project quantities and associated costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled. With a focus on the HVAC and mechanical industry, this role involves managing turnkey construction contracts and supporting procurement and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMO Manager, Project Directors, and Project Managers
- Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities
- Take off quantities from drawings and specifications
- Perform on-site quantity surveying activities
- Carry out valuations and prepare progress reports
- Monitor quantities, costs, and deviations
- Support procurement and payment processes
- Negotiate final accounts
Requirements
- QS Diploma (10 years) or QS Degree (7 years)
- Minimum 5 years HVAC & mechanical project experience
- Experience with FIDIC, JBCC, and NEC contracts
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems
