About the Role

Join our team as a Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant and be part of crafting and retailing functional art in South Africa. We are seeking passionate sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service in our stores on a Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Engaging with customers to encourage their entry into the store and converting browsers into satisfied customers.
Meeting sales targets and driving volumes with effective upselling techniques.
Ensuring the store’s merchandising is visually appealing and consistently stocked with our unique functional art pieces.
Handling daily banking activities and reconciling till sales accurately to maintain financial integrity.
Processing sales transactions promptly and following correct sales procedures.
Providing a pleasant and satisfying customer experience that reflects our brand values.
Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements

Matric qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
A passion for art and design.
