About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Test Baker to join our team in Milnerton. As a key member of our sales and product development team, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls and client visits, performing test bakes, and promoting our baking products to clients. If you have a passion for baking and excellent sales skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and client visits
- Perform test bakes to demonstrate product quality and results
- Promote and sell baking products to clients, including bakeries and food manufacturers
- Identify new business opportunities and help grow company revenue
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Use the company vehicle responsibly during work hours
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the baking industry
- Proven ability to conduct sales and client visits
- Ability to perform test baking of baking products, including premixes, complete mixes, specialty breads, and confectionery
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided for work purposes)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable
