Job Description
- Facilitate training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5) in accordance with the curriculum.
- Provide practical and theoretical instruction to learners, ensuring engagement and understanding.
- Monitor and assess learner progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, registers, and evaluation documents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner outcomes.
- Support learners in completing workplace projects and meeting program requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SETA and QCTO standards throughout the training program
Requirements:
- A qualification in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (NQF Level 6 or higher preferred).
- Accredited as a facilitator with a valid ETDP SETA certification.
- At least 2 years of facilitation experience, preferably in quality management or related programs.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in managing diverse learner groups in a structured learning environment.
Preferred Competencies
- Familiarity with the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems curriculum.
- Knowledge of South African skills development frameworks, including SETA and QCTO requirements.
- Practical experience in implementing or auditing quality management systems.
- Ability to mentor and support learners in both classroom and workplace contexts.
