Job Description
Our client in the Chrome mining environment is seeking underground Shift Boss/Shift Supervisor to join their fast-growing company in Burgersfort, Limpopo.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Underground Mining Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Underground Trackless Mining experience with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- Previous working experience in a Chrome Mining Environment will be an added advantage.
- Able to carry legal liability in accordance with the Mine Health and Safety Act for 2.15.1 and 2.92.
- Grade 12.
- Valid Competency Certificate under Supervisory Skills.
- Valid Blasting Certificate for underground mining.
- Training Certificate in Management skills will be an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s License.
Other requirements for the position:
- Must be able to work in an underground mining environment.
- Must be Physically fit to obtain a medical.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have own transport.
