About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Trade Show Coordinator to join our team at Tranquil Resourcing in Pretoria North. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of trade shows, from planning and organization to execution and post-show analysis. With excellent communication skills and experience in event planning and customer service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement trade show strategies and plans
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts
- Oversee budgets and manage staff assigned to trade show events
- Create promotional materials and displays
- Conduct post-show analysis and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
