About the Role
RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our client’s team on a large development project in Cape Town. As a key member of the construction and property development firm, you will provide technical support and ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform setting-out and surveying functions using site equipment
- Ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and quality standards
- Provide technical support to site teams and management
- Assist with planning, progress monitoring, and reporting
Requirements
- National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in setting-out and reading engineering drawings
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leader who can motivate and manage site teams effectively
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Qualifications
- National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar (if applicable)
