About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lodge Manager to take the reins of this iconic property. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering world-class service, managing a complex, unique operation, and embodying the spirit of comfort, kindness and hospitality. The purpose of the role is to manage the lodge and ensure that the lodge achieves its financial objectives and gives an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for operations, service, logistics, and activities
- Ensuring that the Lodge achieves its financial objectives
- Ensuring exceptional levels of personalised service, commensurate with the requirements of a luxury 5-Star Lodge
Requirements
- Matric;
- Relevant tertiary Hospitality qualification/degree is essential
- Previous experience in overseeing the operations of a 5-star lodge is crucial
- Minimum of 5 years experience in senior Hotel/Lodge management
- Background in Food and Beverages or Rooms Division Services
