About the Role
As an Events Manager at Profile Personnel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless event logistics. You will work closely with clients, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure that events are presented at their highest quality, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement daily function lists.
- Supply daily menus for catering to the executive chef in the form of quotations supplied to clients.
- Manage cleaning staff to ensure all function and associated areas are maintained in a clean/neat/tidy condition.
- Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment, counselling employees as appropriate, and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management.
- Ensure disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to the ELGC code of conduct.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in events management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
