About the Role
We are excited to offer an exceptional F&B Supervisor position in our upcoming casino project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily dining operations in our staff accommodation, ensuring high-quality meals and service experiences for our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dining operations to consistently deliver high-quality meals and service experiences
- Identify and address staff dining preferences and expectations
- Respond promptly to staff feedback and concerns, ensuring resolution aligns with standards
- Maintain open, respectful communication with staff, management, and contractors
- Foster positive relationships among dining team members, encouraging collaboration and team spirit
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to align the team on service goals and priorities
- Supervise staff appearance and behavior, ensuring grooming and etiquette standards are met
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in dining operations, preferably in staff accommodation or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
- Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year degree (NQF Level 4) in Hospitality, Food Science, or related field

- Basic salary AED 4000 per month
