Short Description / Purpose of Job
- To ensure the delivery of a more complex portfolio of Material Purchases to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Achieve the lowest total cost supply base and sourcing competitiveness for a portfolio.
- Proactively ensure critical materials purchases are delivered on time and in full.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
- Execute procurement process to meet cycle time requirements.
- Ensure SOX and Supply Chain policy compliance.
- Adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Interpret demand signals to create purchase orders for materials.
- Overall OTIF delivery on purchase orders created.
- Execute expediting activities for purchase orders.
- Timely escalation with suppliers in cases of breaches.
- Enforce collaboration amongst suppliers for OTIF delivery.
- Ensure suppliers are aware of all requirements and protocols.
- Draft simple once off contracts aligned to purchase orders.
- Release Purchase Orders within established framework.
- Manage suppliers within the portfolio effectively.
