About the Role
Huawei Digital Power is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to join their team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market expansion and sales of smart PV services, developing sales plans and strategies, and achieving sales targets. With a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for smart PV services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide professional solutions and services
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate project progress, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis, providing timely feedback on market information and customer requirements
- Participate in industry exhibitions and activities to improve the company’s visibility and influence
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in electrical, electronics, energy, or related field (preferable)
- At least 5 years of sales or market expansion experience in the smart PV industry
- Familiarity with the industry market and customer requirements
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Ability to coordinate internal and external resources
