About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lodge Manager to join our team in Hluhluwe. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic lodge department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple lodge departments under your supervision
- Ensure seamless guest services delivery across all areas of the lodge
- Oversee daily operations, including room inventory management, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, track performance, and provide insights for informed decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a lodge or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Solid financial understanding, budgeting, and reporting experience
- Hands-on operational experience across multiple lodge departments
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (UNIVERSITY DEGREE REQUIRED)
