About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lodge Manager to join our team in Hluhluwe. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic lodge department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple lodge departments under your supervision
Ensure seamless guest services delivery across all areas of the lodge
Oversee daily operations, including room inventory management, housekeeping, and maintenance
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
Monitor budgets, track performance, and provide insights for informed decision-making

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a lodge or hospitality environment
Proven leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
Solid financial understanding, budgeting, and reporting experience
Hands-on operational experience across multiple lodge departments
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (UNIVERSITY DEGREE REQUIRED)
