Job Description:
- Develop and implement mechanical maintenance strategies
- Support breakdown investigations and root cause analysis
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of mechanical maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a production-driven environment
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering essential
- GCC (Mines & Works) advantageous
