About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Silverton, Pretoria. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily sales activities, processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timeously, and conducting actual sales to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timeously
- Assist clients with product information, pricing, queries, and order follow-ups
- Lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships
- Conduct actual sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals
- Source new business through prospecting, cold calling, and engaging potential clients
- Manage and maintain stock levels, including monitoring inventory, identifying shortages, and updating stock records
- Perform regular stock reconciliations and assist with basic stock forecasting
- Prepare and update sales and stock reports using Excel
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with basic marketing functions such as social media updates and product postings

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R15 000 to R 18 000 per month (depending on experience)
