About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading construction company based in Midrand, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. We are looking for a skilled professional with specialized knowledge in water and sewer infrastructure, bulk transfer pipelines, reservoirs, treatment works, and pump stations, rehabilitation of dams and spillways, construction and rehabilitation of earth dams and internal linings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare work estimates by reviewing proposals, blueprints and specifications.
Identify labor, material and time requirements.
Compute costs by analyzing relevant documents.
Tender pricing.
Pre and Post tender submissions.

Requirements

3 – 6 years experience in Estimating Role Civils and Building.
Relevant Degree.
Construction Estimator certified CEC.
Minimum 6 years industry experience.
CCS experience.
Buildsmart experience is an advantageous.

Qualifications

Completed relevant degree.
