About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Channel Developer to join our team in Midrand. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Regularly review partner performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Monitor sales metrics and forecast revenue trends
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans aligned with company objectives
- Provide training, resources, and tools to partners to ensure they can effectively sell products or services
- Facilitate product and solution knowledge-sharing sessions
- Oversee the onboarding process for new channel partners
- Ensure adherence to partnership agreements and compliance standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
- Strong understanding of sales and revenue growth strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
