What You Bring Minimum 3 years hospitality sales experience Existing database of corporate, travel trade and MICE clients Proven track record of sales conversions in the hospitality sector Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques Excellent negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, target-driven and results-orientated Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to multitask with excellent planning and organisational skills Strong industry relationships Proactive approach to securing new business What You Will Do Leverage your existing client database to drive sales and secure business Identify and target new business in corporate, group, government and leisure segments Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and travel trade partners Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales strategies Manage enquiries, negotiate contracts and close sales Conduct client meetings, presentations and site inspections Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to align and achieve sales targets Provide monthly sales reports and market insights to management
