About the Role
Our client in the POS and FinTech industry is seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to join their team. As a key member of the leadership, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, market readiness, and commercial success. With at least 8 years of experience in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles within fintech, payments, or technology, you have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Develop commercially viable client solutions that deliver measurable value and business growth
- Lead go-to-market execution and financial performance management (value creation, cost optimization, ROE improvement)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create market-ready solutions
- Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) for efficient product delivery
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles within fintech, payments, or technology
- In-depth knowledge of the payments industry, including acquiring transaction processing for both card-present and card-not-present environments (mandatory)
- Demonstrated success in creating commercially viable client solutions that deliver measurable value and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, finance, marketing)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 per annum, based on experience
