About the Role

Our client in the POS and FinTech industry is seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to join their team. As a key member of the leadership, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, market readiness, and commercial success. With at least 8 years of experience in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles within fintech, payments, or technology, you have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch
Develop commercially viable client solutions that deliver measurable value and business growth
Lead go-to-market execution and financial performance management (value creation, cost optimization, ROE improvement)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create market-ready solutions
Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) for efficient product delivery

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles within fintech, payments, or technology
In-depth knowledge of the payments industry, including acquiring transaction processing for both card-present and card-not-present environments (mandatory)
Demonstrated success in creating commercially viable client solutions that deliver measurable value and business growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, finance, marketing)

Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 per annum, based on experience
