About the Role
Assyrian Talent Forge is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative part-time remote worker to support the execution of email and social media marketing. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure all public-facing content is accurate, on-brand, and ready for manager review and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and format marketing emails inside HubSpot
- Set up smart content and audience-based variations within emails
- Ensure emails are clean, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines
- Prepare emails for review by the Email Marketing Manager
- Make revisions based on feedback prior to scheduling
- Prepare and format social media content for multiple platforms
- Organize and prepare posts for scheduling (final scheduling handled by the Social Media Marketing Manager)
- Monitor social media inboxes, direct messages, mentions, and tags
- Respond to messages and comments using existing brand voice and response frameworks
- Escalate messages or inquiries when needed, following internal processes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in email marketing and social media support
- Comfortable working with HubSpot and managing content workflows
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Ability to follow brand voice and guidelines closely
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications or training (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
$8-$15 per hour, 25 hours a week, between 9am – 5pm EST
