About the Role

Assyrian Talent Forge is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative part-time remote worker to support the execution of email and social media marketing. As a key member of our team, you will help ensure all public-facing content is accurate, on-brand, and ready for manager review and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Build and format marketing emails inside HubSpot
Set up smart content and audience-based variations within emails
Ensure emails are clean, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines
Prepare emails for review by the Email Marketing Manager
Make revisions based on feedback prior to scheduling
Prepare and format social media content for multiple platforms
Organize and prepare posts for scheduling (final scheduling handled by the Social Media Marketing Manager)
Monitor social media inboxes, direct messages, mentions, and tags
Respond to messages and comments using existing brand voice and response frameworks
Escalate messages or inquiries when needed, following internal processes

Requirements

Hands-on experience in email marketing and social media support
Comfortable working with HubSpot and managing content workflows
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Ability to follow brand voice and guidelines closely

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
Relevant certifications or training (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

$8-$15 per hour, 25 hours a week, between 9am – 5pm EST
