About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team as an Industrial Engineer. As an Industrial Engineer with MJM Recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operates efficiently and effectively using innovative and modern solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects across the business utilizing agile and waterfall project methodologies
- Implement kaizen principles to improve business processes and act as an internal consultant/process expert for various departments
- Conduct workshops around problem definition, investigate and measure the extent of the problem in each department, and solve it using the most efficient method
- Redesign business processes to work optimally, saving time and resources
- Build and maintain company scorecards that track company and departmental goals with Power BI
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision making
- Facilitate workshops to provide a platform for engineers and data analysts to innovate and share ideas
- Automate business processes through RPA (Power Automate, Power Bi, Smartsheet Automation, chatbots)
- Conduct data science through ML and AI research
Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of experience in project management tools like Smartsheet
- Experience with data analysis systems such as Power Bi
- Lean Six Sigma certification (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer or Business Process Engineer
