About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our team in Pretoria. With 25 years of experience in senior credit control roles, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full credit control process
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
- Prepare and review debtor age analysis and credit control reports
- Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve account queries and discrepancies
- Allocate customer payments accurately and timeously
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company credit policies
Requirements
- Relevant financial qualification (Certificate or Diploma in Accounting / Finance)
- 25 years experience in a senior credit control role
- Proven working experience with Sage 300 and Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Relevant financial qualification (Certificate or Diploma in Accounting / Finance)
