About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our operations management, you will be responsible for planning and managing the warehouse to maximize workflow efficiency, ensuring accurate picking and distribution processes, and maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and customer service. With retail and liquor experience being highly desirable, we are looking for someone who can bring their expertise in managing daily operations, leading teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage warehouse operations to optimize workflow and minimize errors
Coordinate and oversee the picking process to ensure accurate distribution of products
Monitor store cleanliness and maintain high standards of health and safety requirements
Lead meetings with reps to discuss stock levels and plan accordingly
Address customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

Matric certification
3+ years of retail or liquor experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

Completed matric or higher (if applicable)
Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary: R80,000 – R100,000 per annum, depending on experience
