About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior RAF Litigation Secretary to join our esteemed client, Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high court and magistrates court litigation, specifically in third-party claims on behalf of plaintiffs. As a Senior RAF Litigation Secretary, you will be responsible for typing and handling RAF third-party claims, drafting and typing legal documents, and providing general legal administrative and secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Typing of High Court and Magistrates Court litigation for Law firm
- Typing and handling of RAF Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiff)
- Drafting and typing of legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
- General legal administrative and secretarial duties
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation at a law firm
- Experience in PRASA and Medical Negligence claims preferred
- Fully independently functional
- Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
- Non smoker
- Able to work in high pressured working environment
- Stable employment record and contactable References
Qualifications
- Matric
- Minimum 10 years experience in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation at a law firm specifically in Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiff)
Salary & Benefits
R 25 000 gross (slightly negotiable depending on experience)
