About the Role
Our client, a renowned manufacturing company based in Cape Town Southern Suburbs, is seeking an out-of-the-box thinker to join their team. With a strong brand presence, they offer a great package, job security, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website content creation and updates using WordPress
- Manage all social media platforms including Vimeo, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage all business listings for the Group, including Google Maps, Waxe, and Google Business
- Monitor and respond to online reviews including Google Reviews
- Manage Polyoak’s intranet on Homepage
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation
- Assist in the development of new digital advertisements with the Creative Team
- Manage UTM tagging to monitor and optimise response rates to digital advertising
- Create and manage database of company customers for newsletter and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
- Design, monitor, and report on performance of campaigns using relevant software
- Represent marketing as the primary contact for digital marketing agency, including managing billing
Requirements
- Digital Marketing Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Exceptional proficiency in English
- Proven track record of digital campaign development
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience in Microsoft, Google, Content Management Systems – eg WordPress and SEO
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Specialist who operates well in a small team

- Digital Marketing Diploma
