About the Role
ProStaffSelect are in search of a skilled and innovative VISUAL MERCHANDISER to join our team at the Cape Town Farmers Market. The ideal candidate must be an “out of the box” thinker with a keen attention to detail, able to create eye-catching displays that entice shoppers to buy. Experience within an artisan BUTHERY/BAKERY/CHARCUTERIE HOUSE or DELI would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement visual merchandising plans for the store
- Design and install visually appealing displays and window layouts
- Manage inventory of merchandise and supplies
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and drive sales
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Requirements
- Qualification in visual communications, graphic design, or a related discipline
- Outstanding creative, design, and analytical skills
- Previous experience as a visual merchandiser, or experience working in a merchandising team
- Keen interest in the current trends of visual merchandising
- Information about consumer needs and patterns
