About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as Head of Revenue Operations. As the backbone of our sales operations, you will be responsible for owning and building out all aspects of our revenue strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive successful attainment of pipeline targets. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving growth, you will lead cross-functional teams, build forecasting models, and develop systems that are predictable, repeatable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Build forecast modelling which will allow for forward looking projections and pipeline targets.
Work closely with the Heads of SalesOps and other leaders both within sales and cross-functionally to align on targets and ensure our systems, commission models and processes drive successful attainment.
Leverage your systems to measure and report the health of the business to the organisation, including executives.
Build systems and processes that are scalable, using a modern tech stack.
Lead and coach your team, bringing out the best in an inspiring and engaging way.

Requirements

5+ years of Sales Experience
5+ years of People Management Experience
5+ years of Financial Services Industry Experience
5+ years IFA of Portfolio Management Experience
5+ Experience in Revenue Operations

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent
Master’s of Business Administration (Desirable)
Financial Planning Institute (Desirable)
RE 5 and RE 1 (Desirable)
