About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is a leading logistics company with a global presence, dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients and continuously striving to improve operations for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Global Finance Transformation Manager – in Logistics to lead and oversee finance transformation initiatives within the logistics division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation strategy for the logistics division, aligning with the overall company goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and tools to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the transformation process
- Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and report on the status of finance transformation initiatives to senior management
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new practices
Requirements
- 2 years freight forwarding industry experience (preferable)
- CA (SA) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years accounting experience in a similar transformation and compliance role
- Advance Excel skills
- Ability to become Wisetech C1 certified (CCC) once hired, prior experience in C1 advantageous
- Able to speak, write, and read English
- Able to prepare manuals and instructions in English
- Training experience on an ERP system is desirable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software

- CA (SA) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
