About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Specialist III to join a forward-thinking investment firm based in Cape Town. This permanent role is ideal for a client services expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier client service via email, phone, and in-person engagements
  • Onboard new advisers, assistants, and clients, ensuring a seamless and successful transition
  • Generate and analyse reports to track service levels and implement corrective action where necessary
  • Provide expert support across investment platforms, products, and digital tools
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Monitor and respond to product and system-related queries timeously and professionally

Requirements

  • 68 years’ experience in client services within the investment or LISP platform environment
  • Strong understanding of LISP products, transfer processes, and the client journey
  • Proficient in investment admin systems, CRM tools, and digital platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or a related field

About the Role

A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Platform Specialist to join their team in Cape Town. This role offers a unique opportunity for a commercially astute individual to drive exceptional client satisfaction, build strong relationships, and provide expert guidance. With a focus on client-centric service, we are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong experience in client services and LISP processes and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with onboarding new advisers, assistants, and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and drive client and adviser events in the region.
  • Manage inquiries on products, systems, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Take responsibility for administrative correctness and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Actively engage with clients and advisers, providing support via email, in-person meetings, or telephonically.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client Services, External Platforms and Adviser Offices.
  • Resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Develop and implement crisis management procedures to minimize client dissatisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in client services in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of LISP processes and products.
  • Proficiency in technology and software used in the investment management industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
