Job Description

About the Role

Cirtech Communications is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Administrator to support operations at Glencore Coal SA (Goedgevonden, Impunzi & Tweefontein) in eMalahleni. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing manpower loading, onboarding and documentation on Passport 360, as well as maintaining employee files, qualifications, medicals, LOGS and training records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage manpower loading, onboarding and documentation on Passport 360
Maintain employee files, qualifications, medicals, LOGS and training records
Update Passport 360 Live Pack and ensure accurate site Working Files
Assist with SHE admin (toolbox talks, PTOs, HIRAs & compliance forms)
Manage standby rosters, callouts and overtime tracking
Oversee PPE registers, issue control and conformance
General admin, document control, attendance/leave records and fleet admin

Requirements

12 years of administration experience (preferred)
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel)

Qualifications

Valid South African driver’s license and ID
