About the Role

Our client in Mowbray is seeking a semi-skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join their team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent after the 6-month evaluation/probation period. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment
  • Ensure safe working practices when handling electrical appliances

Requirements

  • Refrigeration piping experience
  • Semi-skilled in appliance repair
  • Not trade tested (previous training or experience required)
  • Contactable references
  • Must have a clear criminal record and can travel to Mowbray easily

Qualifications

  • Formal education in refrigeration or a related field
