We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of PR and Communications with exceptional crisis communications expertise to lead our team and elevate the brand through consistent, value-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the companys PR and communications strategy
  • Manage and nurture relationships with media, stakeholders and internal teams
  • Oversee all media engagement, brand visibility and thought leadership initiatives
  • Craft and oversee impactful content across media, digital and internal channels
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to senior management
  • Manage crisis communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing communications team

Requirements

  • 6 -12 years experience in Public Relations, Advertising, or Marketing
  • 3+ years experience in a senior or leadership communications role
  • Proven ability to write for media and manage campaigns within an agency or marketing environment
  • Demonstrated experience handling crisis communications and reputation management
  • Strong strategic, creative and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or related field
