About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Officer to join our team at Telebest in Sandton. As a key member of our Contact Centre/Call Centre environment, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee development programmes, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring that all employees have the skills to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities

- Update and prepare training material

- Assist employees to enhance their skills
- Manage a 24 hour contact centre environment with varying shifts

- 3 years’ experience designing and implementing employee development programmes in a Contact Centre/Call Centre environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
