About the Role
Our client, Spilastyle CC T/A Top Notch HR Solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Officer to provide full-function HR support across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labour legislation, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on boarding and induction processes
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and employee documentation
- Prepare HR letters (warnings, confirmations, promotions, transfers)
- Support employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Assist with performance management and probation tracking
- Coordinate training and maintain training records
- Capture monthly payroll inputs and assist with payroll queries
- Ensure HR compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Assist with Employment Equity reporting
- Administer benefits and manage employee leave
- Handle resignations, terminations, and exit interviews
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- 25 years HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of SA Labour Law
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
