About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at The Focus Group, a leading property management and development organization. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, management, and monitoring of all aspects related to facilities management for assigned sites. This includes maintaining quality standards, building strong customer relationships, and meeting operational and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish policies and procedures for technical functions and ensure good corporate governance.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and execute all maintenance-related activities, inspections, and audits.
- Manage operational activities across disciplines, including staff, financial management, and budgeting.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Red Seal Electrician + N4-N6 + HV/MV + Generator Training.
- Recommended: Electrical Engineering Diploma + HV/MV Authorization.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in facilities or property industry.
- Accredited Facilities Professional registered with SAFMA.
Qualifications
- Completed Red Seal Electrician training.
- N4-N6 qualification in electrical engineering.
- Relevant work experience in facilities or property management.
