Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in Forex and Payments to join our team in Sandton. As a Contract Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new functionalities or upgrades that require expertise, leading and facilitating functional and system design sessions, and ensuring that all work is of high standard and meets customer expectations. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and working with cross-functional teams, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and design new functionalities or upgrades that require expertise
Lead and facilitate functional and system design sessions
Ensure that all work is of high standard and meets customer expectations
Assist in problem analysis and resolution
Interface across all teams involved in the project as needed
Attend and actively contribute towards the SA Forum / Analysis Community of Practice

Requirements

7 years or more relevant systems analysis experience
4 to 5 years Payments and Forex industry domain experience
Strong working knowledge of Use Cases and UML
Exposure to system or applications being developed would be an added advantage
Development and Production Incident Management skills
Scope Change Management experience

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (or equivalent)
CBAP Certification
