About the Role

The highly acclaimed Petousis Hotel Group, comprising The Vineyard, Oude Werf, and Stellenbosch Hotels, prides itself on being a respected and progressive employer brand, celebrated for its investment in employee wellness, the broader community, and the environment. We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Group Senior Learning & Development Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan; coordinate, and manage group-wide learning initiatives.
  • Approve and oversee training logistics, materials, and content.
  • Act as the point of contact for managers, HR, and external providers.
  • Produce management reports and analyze learning data to identify gaps and trends.
  • Handle escalated queries.
  • Oversee trainee and student programmes, ensuring compliance and smooth delivery.
  • Review and approve course materials, presentations, and content.
  • Support operational aspects of ad-hoc projects and special initiatives.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management (NQF 46).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a professional training environment or executive administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS365 (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience collaborating with HR, department managers, and external trainers.

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management (NQF 46).
