About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently looking for an exceptional Field Guide & Assistant Manager Couple for a Luxury Lodge based in Manyoni. This is a live-in opportunity offering a supportive and inclusive environment where teamwork, energy, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain lodge facilities as part of the maintenance team
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and information on local activities
- Manage day-to-day operations and assist in camp management tasks
Requirements
- Valid PDP and drivers licence
- Valid First Aid Level 1 (minimum)
- DEAT registration
- FGASA Level 1 (minimum)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in maintenance is essential as guides form part of the maintenance team
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- DEAT registration
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R9,500 per month (negotiable, depending on experience) for the Field Guide and R11,000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience) for the Assistant Manager. Meals provided while on duty, with groceries supplied for off-duty periods. Live-in accommodation is also included.
