Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Layout Administrator to join our team at Time Personnel in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of graphic design, including liaising with clients, managing artwork approval, and supporting our sales team. If you have excellent computer skills, a keen eye for detail, and a friendly personality, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise telephonically with clients and assist with general queries and questions relating to artwork approval
- Manage all internal e-mail correspondence between applicable departments directly related to allocated orders and approval of artwork for these orders
- Ensure that all artwork received from Layout Artists is correct and received in time to achieve stipulated and predetermined deadlines
- Support the sales team (Account managers and Management) with general operations to help reach team objectives and meet client needs
- Manage all e-mail correspondence
- Assist with the above-mentioned duties in the absence of and on behalf of colleagues within the same department
Requirements
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Previous experience in programs such as CorelDRAW
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous design skills advantageous
- Interest in graphic design
- Able to work under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills both over email and telephonically
- Reliable
- Friendly personality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous (if applicable)
