About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our busy restaurant in Silverlakes. With 5 years of relevant chef and kitchen management experience, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen operation, including stock management, variances, and stock reporting. You will work closely with our staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy kitchen operation
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage variances
- Conduct regular stock reports
- Lead a kitchen brigade and manage staff effectively
- Implement effective kitchen hygiene practices
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant chef and kitchen management experience
- Experience in an a la carte restaurant environment
- Strong skills in staff management and leadership
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food cost control and administration
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Management, Hospitality, or related field (if applicable)
