About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Sales Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, understand the value of good customer service, and have a passion for sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance
Listen to customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet individual and team sales targets
Assist with stock display, restocking, and inventory checks

Requirements

Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Ability to persuade and upsell in a respectful manner
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
