About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and mature Conveyancing Secretary to support a legal firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a busy workload while maintaining a high-quality support service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple files simultaneously
- Utilize GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 training systems effectively
- Prepare and update conveyancing documents with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and organized file records
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a senior conveyancing-related role
- Proficiency in using the mentioned software and training systems
- Excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal
Qualifications
- Relevant legal qualification (advantage)
