About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Fire Engineer to join our team at AtripleA Recruitment & Temps. As a key member of our building services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on fire risk analysis, designing and implementing fire protection systems, and applying engineering calculations for automatic sprinklers and other systems. Key Responsibilities
- Fire risk analysis
- Detail design of fire systems and ensure compliance with Regulations, Codes of Practice, statutory requirements, including NFPA, BS, SANS, and ASIB
- Apply engineering calculations for automatic sprinklers, smoke detection, evacuation systems, smoke ventilation, hydraulic design, gas suppression, and other engineering tasks as required
- Plan, design, organize, and control complete projects
- Prepare and present technical reports, financial reports, tender documentation, etc.
Requirements
- BSc/B Eng (Mechanical)
- Registered with ECSA as a Candidate Engineer is optional
- Minimum of 5-8 years consulting experience in building services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Salary & Benefits
Market Related salary with benefits including pension, Group Life, performance bonus, and package structuring.
