About the Role
Staff Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the Eastern Cape region. As a technical sales professional, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering compelling product presentations. If you have a strong background in technical sales and are eager to drive growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in technical product sales to new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver compelling product presentations and technical explanations
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow through to ensure client satisfaction
- Travel to client sites as required
- Continuously learn and understand product features and benefits
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to internal teams
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical sales environment
- Valid driver’s license is essential
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Technically inclined and a quick learner
- Reliable, honest, and loyal with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well in a team, but also a self-starter who can operate independently
Qualifications
- Completed relevant degree or certification (if applicable)
