About the Role
We are a fast-growing global organisation with a presence in 50 countries, committed to delivering excellence through innovation, performance and customer focus. We are seeking a skilled Digital Content & Web Editor to join our fast-paced, global digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish, edit and manage web content across global websites and digital platforms using Drupal
- Collaborate with UX, SEO, product and CRM teams to optimise user journeys and improve site performance
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, metadata management and site structure improvements
- Support CRO initiatives, including data analysis, A/B testing and content optimisation
- Ensure brand consistency, editorial quality and accessibility standards across all content
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues such as page speed, broken links, or rendering problems
- Explore and apply new digital tools, including AI-powered platforms (e.g. Builder.io), to enhance workflows
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with web content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress, and digital publishing workflows
- Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) and SEO best practices
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, AHREFS, Screaming Frog)
- Experience in content editing with excellent attention to detail and brand alignment
- Ability to support CRO and A/B testing frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Matric certificate (if applicable)
